Meet Michael Hampton, Owner

Michael began working at Fisher Roofing in 2000 as a technician in the Service Department and quickly moved into a management role.
He is experienced in all manner of roofing, including composition, shake, tile, torch-down, cold process and metal materials.

Proficient in the estimating and completion of every level of roofing, gutters, siding and construction. Michael manages the administrative and financial divisions of the company as well as the gutter and sheet metal departments.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Music degree, and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from George Fox University.

Michael is a committed husband and father who enjoys spending time with his wife and young children. Michael enjoys camping, backpacking, music and is an active member of his church community.

Meet Michael Pender, Owner

Michael has over 18 years of experience in the construction and roofing industry. He began working at Jim Fisher Roofing in 2004 as a project manager and became a co-owner of the company in July 2008.Michael has had extensive training and has trained others in the importance of proper construction and maintenance of the “exterior envelope” of buildings. Experienced in all manner of roofing jobs, including composition, shake, tile, torch-down and metal materials. Michael is proficient in the estimating and completion of every level of roofing, gutters, siding and construction.

Michael’s background also includes time spent living overseas doing development work and micro-enterprise loans in poverty-stricken communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Social Work/Christian Ministries from George Fox College and a Master of Divinity degree in Cross-Cultural Ministry and Christian Leadership from Western Seminary, 2000.

Michael is a committed husband and father who enjoys spending time with his wife and young children. He also enjoys woodworking, foreign travel and is an active member of his local church community.

Meet Larry Kokinos, Project Manager

Larry has worked in the roofing industry for more than 24 years.He began working for Fisher Roofing as a installer in 1984 and worked his way up to Superintendent becoming the company’s most experienced project manager.

Larry’s experience covers all types of roofing, including composition, shake, tile, torch-down and metal materials. Proficient in the estimating and completion of every level of roofing, gutters, siding and construction. AS our most experienced manager, Larry has seen it all and done it all in the field of roofing.

Larry is a committed husband, father and grandfather. He enjoys camping, hiking and cars and is an active member of his church community.

Meet Eloy Plascencia, Project Manager

Eloy began working at Fisher Roofing in 2000 as a carpenter and now manages our gutter department as well as being a roofing project manager.

Eloy is the company’s most experienced carpenter and craftsman. He is proficient in the redesign and structuring of difficult jobs. He is also experienced in all manner of roofing, including composition, shake, tile, torch-down, cold process and metal materials.

Eloy is proficient in the estimating and completion of every level of roofing, gutters, siding and construction.

Eloy graduated from the Angel Jobcare School of Construction in Yachats, Oregon in 2000. He enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with his family.

Meet Darin Moore, Project Manager

Darin began working at Fisher Roofing in 2007 as a project manager. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of roofing and construction.

He is also experienced in all manner of roofing, including composition, shake, tile, torch-down, cold process and metal materials.

Proficient in the estimating and completion of every level of roofing, gutters, siding and construction.

Darin enjoys the strong team atmosphere among the management at Fisher Roofing and brings a solid knowledge of construction and project management to the team.

Meet Roy Parker, Project Manager

Roy is a manager known for his problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills. He enjoys the challenge of hard-to-solve problems.

Roy manages the Service Department at Jim Fisher Roofing which has grown approximately 200% in the past few years due to his leadership and oversight.

Roy is an educator of both employees (in proper roofing and installation techniques) and homeowners (in the proper care and maintenance of their roofs). He has also taught roofing courses at the Northwest College of Construction in Tigard, Oregon.

Roy is a committed father who enjoys spending time with his family.

Meet Jerry Tindall, Project Manager

Jerry is our newest project manager. He started with Fisher Roofing in 2009 after 15 years in the remodeling industry.

In addition to vast experience in estimating and completion of all areas of roofing, gutters, siding and construction, Jerry has particular focus in integrating green elements into construction projects, as such he is responsible for any projects that require solar panel installation.

Jerry’s interest in sustainability spills over into his family life. Jerry and his family keep honey bees and raise chickens. Jerry is a committed husband and father who enjoys spending time with his wife and young children. Jerry is an active member of his church.
